WebFX DMS : Document Management System

The WebFX DMS is a web-based Document Management System allowing online collaboration. The system provides the tools for businesses share and reviewing documents, tracking work on projects, organizing content and publishing materials to the Web, among other features.

The system has a comprehensive admin panel, which allows file uploading, folder creation, and setting folder restrictions on a per user basis. Users who have been approved for access can login browse files, folders, and view and download files.

Enterprise-Level Features

Registered User Interface

User registration form for new users
User login page
Accessed by registered users only
Users enter a user ID and password created during the signup process
After successful login users see the list folder for which they have the access rights
User can browse files and folders
Users are able to download files as need

Backend (Administration Panel)

Super admin can approve/disapprove user access to individual folders
Other registered users can login but, only view/access folders for which access is granted
Upon user registration the admin is notified via email and the registered users data is stored in the admin panel
Admin registration approval/disapproval tool allowing the admin to review new registered users and choose to approve/decline users. When a user is approved or declined access an email notice is auto-generated and sent to the user
