What We're Looking For

Desired Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, PR, Communications, or related major (GPA above a 3.4)

General Knowledge

  • General HR/Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience
  • General knowledge of current HR compliance/legality standards
  • General knowledge and/or experience utilizing job search engines

Experience

Minimum of 1 year experience in a Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources role

Qualities

  • Capable of working concurrently on several projects
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time/project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions based on data
  • Passion for research and deep-diving into recruiting tactics

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

  • Implement creative recruiting strategies designed to attract talented applicants
  • Partner with WebFX management to set recruiting goals
  • Monitor and analyze Prospective Candidate Research analytics and relevant data
  • Develop and improve a hiring/onboarding process including recruiting, candidate research, pipeline building, etc
  • Champion the culture of WebFX to others

Percentage Breakdown

  • 5% Other duties as assigned
  • 10% posting to and maintaining job boards
  • 10% maintaining contact with local organizations, colleges and universities for recruiting pipeline purposes
  • 10% analyzing recruiting reports and analytics
  • 20% building and implementing recruiting strategies
  • 45% recruiting outreach and building candidate pipeline
  • Note: The Prospective Candidate Research Strategist is not directly candidate facing for the first 12-18 months

Training

  • Our “Bootcamp” training program will be provided for new WebFX “family members”.
  • On-site, state of the art training amenities to facilitate departmental trainings, trend watch reports, and monthly Lunch-and-Learns
