See Inside WebFX April/May 2019: Springin’ In the FXRain

Spring has arrived in Central Pennsylvania and the FX Campus! The team has been celebrating by working outside to catch some rays, hosting team happy hours on the green after hours, and launching into the summer sports schedule (watch out Harrisburg Young Professionals, the FX crew is bringing their A-game this season). Easter Celebration

We’re firm believers here at WebFX that you’re never too old to enjoy the pure bliss that results from tackling one another (safely) for plastic eggs stuffed with candy.

The entire FX Campus participated in egg hunts, hosted by the Easter bunny herself (and loyal sidekick), searching the grounds for candy, cash, and other fun prizes including the treasured golden egg. Teams took photos, shared their loot, and overall enjoyed a great break-time celebration. Check out the footage to see the intensity of our Dev team on the hunt, it truly is unparalleled.

Little Amps Latte Art Class

It’s no secret that we love Little Amps Coffee Roasters.

Their baristas grace us with their presence and awesome playlists each Monday morning to run our Cafe Diem coffee bar in-house, and honestly, we just can’t get enough! This month two outstanding baristas hosted a latte-art night for the Earned Media team and the crew knocked it out of the park. Sipping wine and espresso, we learned how to create hearts, a rosetta, and even a swan for the more ambitious.

A huge thank you to the Little Amps team for keeping us caffeinated and teaching us all a new skill!

Goal’s Meeting: Fully Loaded

Our monthly goals meeting is a favorite among FX-ers. Getting to see the team all together in the same room really helps to put into perspective how much we have grown as a company, and how much we’ve been able to achieve for our clients even just so far in 2019. Moving to a new format, we now get to celebrate even more team members for their outstanding achievements whether it’s buying a home in the Harrisburg area, adopting a new pet, or WOW-ing a client beyond belief. Check out a few snips of the #CheersFX toasts we heard last week! You can’t help but smile hearing how much the team appreciates one another and genuinely loves getting to spend their days beside the #BestCoworkers in PA.

When you love your team as much as we do, random acts of kindness tend to happen spontaneously.

On any given day you can see notes, candy, flowers, a surprise lunch, or even just a helping hand opening a door or carrying a box for one another around the office. But what happens when you kick this kindness up a notch? #KindnessFX2019!

At the end of our Goal’s Meeting, Bill and Karie revealed the latest addition to the FX calendar: a week of kindness. Each FX-er was given $20 to spend on kind gestures for the team, and challenged to make it go as far as possible! Starting after Memorial Day, we can’t wait to see what our creative family members come up with.
