2018 was a wild ride for the WebFX crew. We changed our name, added another 50 FXers to the team, set bigger goals than ever, and celebrated together as we reached them. What a better way to wrap up this outstanding year than with our favorite celebration, the Best Places to Work in PA awards ceremony?

Best Places to Work
Few celebrations are more meaningful to the WebFX team than the annual Best Places to Work ceremony. Based on anonymous survey submissions from our team members, the BPTW crew analyzes results based on categories including role satisfaction, work environment, pay/benefits, and overall engagement. Ranking highly in this competition not only means the public thinks we’re a great place to work, but our very own team outranks every other company in PA in these monumentally important categories.
Winning Best Places is a huge mark of success, and makes us all proud to be FX-ers! Check out the video for a peek behind the scenes at the awards ceremony!
Best Places Celebration
The votes are in, and we brought home the win for the fourth year in a row! A history-making win like this one deserves a special after-party!
Our Happiness Manager outdid herself by throwing a pirate-themed soirée to honor Bill and Tori’s outstanding swashbuckling getups the evening before. Anna Rose Bakery & Coffee Shop catered the party, boasting oyster woopie-pies, eye patch brownies, pirate cookies, shark cupcakes, and even a treasure map cake! The Atrium area of the FX-Campus was turned into a ship, rather fitting for our special guest, who stole the hearts of every team member shortly after her arrival.
That’s right, Django the monkey graced us with her presence and interacted with FX-ers throughout the celebration. Along with her owner (The Monkey Man), the pair made for quite the memorable celebration.
Holiday Family Movie Night
Coming into the busy holiday season, it can be tough to find time to steal away and spend with loved ones. That’s exactly why WebFX loves our annual movie night so much!
Renting out the charming Midtown Cinema only a few short blocks from our campus, our team was able to visit with Mr. & Mrs. Claus themselves, play games, eat delicious food, and spend time with friends and family while watching our two most favorite holiday films – Elf and The Grinch.
Being able to slow down during these busy times makes us all the more thankful for the wonderful people we get to spend each and every day working alongside, going home to, and visiting with.
