Her career started on the frontlines of digital marketing as a specialist managing SEO, PPC, and conversion rate optimization campaigns. That hands-on experience taught her what great marketers look like, and she's been finding them ever since.
After managing teams of 50+ marketers and overseeing operations, Mary transitioned into talent acquisition and people operations. She now leads hiring for WebFX's US and global teams, owns recruiting processes across all departments, and drives the initiatives that keep WebFX's client retention rate strong year after year.
She holds certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Advertising, and HubSpot Inbound Marketing.
When she's not interviewing candidates or coaching new and junior managers and employees, you'll find Mary working through crossword puzzles over coffee, perfecting a new recipe in the kitchen, or watching football.
