What is required to apply to the Amazon Brand Registry, and who is eligible?
Sellers that meet the following requirements can apply to Amazon Brand Registry:
- Active registered trademark in the country where you want to enroll
- Text- or image-based trademark (image-based trademarks must include words, letters, or numbers)
Keep in mind that Amazon only accepts trademarks issued in the following countries:
- United States
- Brazil
- Canada
- Mexico
- Australia
- India
- Japan

- Germany

- Spain
- United Kingdom
- European Union
- United Arab Emirates
If you qualify for Amazon Brand Registry, you must supply the following:
- Brand name associated with the active registered trademark
- Government-registered trademark number
- List of product categories where your brand should appear
- List of countries where your brand’s products get manufactured and distributed
