Upwork has one of the best LinkedIn ad examples because of the ad style. The carousel ad style invites people to keep clicking through the ad to see what positions Upwork can help them find.
When you create your LinkedIn ads, consider experimenting with different ad formats. Don’t limit yourself to picture ads –– some ad formats may create a better experience, leading to improved results.
2. LG
One of the most unique and best LinkedIn ads comes from LG. Their LinkedIn ad promotes their involvement in creating a Times Square display ad. This ad was created in partnership with Lucasfilm to promote the Obi-Wan Kenobi TV show.
The ad explains the process of using LG’s technology to create this iconic and eye-catching ad for people.

One of the most notable elements of this LinkedIn ad is continuity. The video immediately catches your attention when scrolling through your feed, but the continuity is what keeps you watching.
The video is only eight seconds long, but the flow makes it seem as though it’s an endless video. It keeps prospects engaged with the ad longer, which leads to better results.

When looking at Chevron’s ad, the most notable aspect is how informative the ad is. Not only is there descriptive ad text, but each image provides information about their initiative. It helps the viewer get a clear sense of what they’re sharing.
